Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund, as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected]. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Returns should be sent to the following address: Buffalo, NY, 10080, USA. Please note that any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. For international returns, please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or incorrect items in your order, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

    Exchanges

    If you need to exchange an item, you will first need to return the item following our return process. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like in exchange. We do not offer direct exchanges, but this allows you to quickly reorder the correct item.

    EU 3-Day Cooling Off Period

    For our customers in the European Union, we offer a 3-day cooling off period in which you can cancel or return your order for any reason. The same conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition, with tags attached, and you must provide proof of purchase. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to take advantage of this policy.

    Refunds

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not see your refund after 15 business days, please contact us so that we can investigate further.

    Please note that any shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). Refunds for international orders may take longer due to processing times and currency exchange rates.
